In electrics, key products are control & automation systems and power products such as low voltage switchboards for power distribution and propulsion, variable frequency drives, and starters. Integrated with smart technology, our products give the customer the ability to optimize energy flow and fuel consumption.

Our long experience producing control & automation systems for propulsion has awarded Promeco self-classifying rights with DNV-GL and Bureau Veritas. Promeco’s flexible manufacturing is also supplying mechanical products to engine rooms and machinery. Promeco’s engine insulation solutions pass and exceed the demands of the latest SOLAS convention securing maximum safety in engine rooms. Lately, also LNG and emission treatment technologies related products have been added to the scope. As of 2019 Promeco employs 480 professionals in three locations in Finland and one in Poland.
